Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how enrollment cancellations work at Vector Tech Academy.

Before payment

You can leave the checkout at any time before completing payment. No charge is made unless the payment is successful.

After enrollment

Because courses are delivered digitally and access is given immediately after payment, a cancellation after enrollment is treated as a refund request and is governed by our Refund Policy.

Cancellation by us

If we are unable to offer a course you have paid for, we will either give you access to an equivalent course (with your agreement) or refund the amount paid for that course.

Account closure

If your account is closed because of a breach of our Terms & Conditions, no refund is due.
